Board Meeting Calendar & Map

Typically three of the six board meetings are held on the second Wednesday during the months of September, January, and May. In the recent past they have been held at the University Club on Michigan State's campus. The meeting begins at 4:30 pm and usually concludes by 9:00 pm.

For a map and directions to the University Club of Michigan State University, located at 3435 Forest Road, Lansing MI 48910, please follow this link: University Club of Michigan State University.

Two of the board meetings are held the night before the conferences. One in late October or early November that corresponds with the fall conference, and one in mid March which corresponds to the spring conference. In the summer there is a board meeting which corresponds with a summer retreat and varies in location and time according to the vote of the board.

Again we encourage and welcome you to attend a board meeting.
