We received this request for research survey participants:

My name is DéLon Isom and I am a current Doctoral Candidate in School Psychology at Howard University in Washington, D.C. I am writing you because I am conducting a study that looks to examine the shortage of school psychology graduates entering academia with a particular focus on the dearth of ethnic minorities. As such, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I am reaching out to request research participants and would like to know if your Association accepts said requests from students? If so, I am asking that this email is shared with your listserv.

The primary focus of this study is to identify variables that influence the career decision making process. This study has been approved by the Howard University Institutional Review Board (15-CAS-20) and participants will be entered in a random drawing to win one of three (3) Amazon e-gift cards valued at $50, $75, and $125. I can be reached via email at delon.isom@bison.howard.edu should any questions or concerns arise. My advisor in the person of Gregory Reed, PhD can also be reached at g_reed@howard.edu if further assistance or information about this study is needed.
