Dear School Psychologist/School Psychologist Intern,

I am writing to request your participation in a study about school psychologists’ experiences with ADHD and complementary health approaches. I am collecting data for my dissertation and would greatly appreciate your responses to the survey below.

The survey should take 10-20 minutes to complete (Pilot study participants completed it in about 10-12 minutes). Participation is voluntary and responses are anonymous. All school psychologists and school psychologist interns are eligible to participate, so please complete the survey and forward this email to your colleagues.
