Michigan requires MASP to submit for SCECHs shortly after viewing of the event. To account for this, MASP requires specific deadlines for you to submit all necessary paperwork. There are two deadlines to follow to claim for SCECHs. All Live viewed webinars need to be submitted by Friday, March 12th, including uploading your certificate of attendance to the link below. You may continue to earn SCECHs for viewing the recordings of any events you may have missed that qualify for SCECHs. We understand that NASP may not provide a certificate of attendance for viewing the recorded events. To self-document your attendance, you will need to submit the following documentation:NASP 2021 Virtual Convention Live Session Recordings. You must submit this documentation within two weeks of viewing the recorded sessions and no later than April 23rd, 2021.
NASP will be holding its 2021 annual convention virtually February 23-26, 2021. MASP members and non-members may earn SCECHs for attending the NASP Convention Live sessions (or watching the recordings of the live sessions), equivalent to 1-22.5 hours. Registrants will have continued access to these sessions for 60 days after the convention. (There are also 300 on-demand, 30-minute sessions and 300 poster sessions which can be attended but for which no credits are available). Live sessions relate to the convention theme, “The Power of Possibility”, and are presented by leading international experts who are invited to speak by the NASP Convention Committee. Participation will be verified by requiring attendees to (1) complete the Google Form and (2) upload certificates of completion for each session after completion of the conference by going to the following link:

MASP no longer charges a fee for SCECHs, nor is there a charge paid to MASP for registration. However, NASP charges between $29 and $459 depending on membership status and registration date. For more information, see the NASP website at www.nasponline.org.
