October 26-27, 2015
Great Wolf Lodge, Traverse City
After surveying our membership about our routine conference schedule, MASP has begun to explore alternatives. With our adventure into the north we will spread the conference over two days without a pre-conference. On the first day we will hear Dr. Randy Sprick talk about constructing a school wide climate to foster responsibility and motivation in our students. After lunch, Dr. Sprick will focus on early stage interventions for individual students. The first day will be completed by a panel discussion lead by attorney Sharon LaPointe. On the second day, Dr. Kathleen Lane will discuss a comprehensive three-tiered (CI3T) model of prevention followed by breakout sessions.
The conference brochure and registration will be available soon.
